A safe and playful space for everyone is the most important part about community to me. I've learned yoga is not supposed to look the same on everybody and want to help embrace that with the community.

Community is vital to me—especially creating a space where open-minded individuals can connect and heal their bodies through movement. I bring energetic athleticism with a touch of a down-to-earth, Black girl hippie vibes. My goal is to help this community thrive by being that extra voice cheering everyone on to become their best selves in a safe, empowering space! #GirlPower

What People Are Saying

“This group is so inviting, inclusive, exciting, and fun. Jess will greet you with a smile and make sure you feel integrated. This is an opportunity for you to let loose and feel yourself. All levels of dancers welcome. My neighbor in class today said, “if you feel kinda silly, you’re doing it right.”

- Mariam A.

“I love this team and the space. It’s so nonjudgmental. The motivational speech today was “if you feel like you can’t do it… Maybe you can’t and that’s ok!” As someone trying to get into fitness they make it fun, challenging, and not threatening. Everybody is welcome. It’s really great.”

- ClassPass Review

“Jess and Kelsey lead a fun, non-judgmental, high energy class. They’ll help you if you need it, but mostly they just let you do your thing and move the way that fits you best. I’ve been taking classes with them for years, and can’t imagine going anywhere else.
